If you request assistance in resolving a concern, here is what you can expect:

Patients and their families have a right to present concerns, and our associates will assist you with getting the concern to administration.

Administration in conjunction with the involved department, will analyze the concern and, when indicated take appropriate action to correct the problem.

Each patient or family member expressing a concern will receive a response that addresses the concern.

Presenting a concern does not compromise the patient’s current or future access to care.
How to Report Problems and Concerns
Representatives from our Administration Department are available to work with you if you experience any conflicts, problems, concerns, questions or unmet needs regarding your hospitalization, and to clarify policies and procedures pertaining to hospital services, including your rights and responsibilities as a patient. The presentation of such issues shall not compromise current access to care and services and/or future access to care. You may reach an Administration representative by calling:
