Our Administrative Department is designed to assist patients and family members by providing a structured approach to resolving complaints, forwarding suggestions and routing compliments. We strive to promote positive communication skills and behaviors, which can positively enhance the patient experience.

If you request assistance in resolving a concern, here is what you can expect:

Patients and their families have a right to present concerns, and our associates will assist you with getting the concern to administration.

Administration in conjunction with the involved department, will analyze the concern and, when indicated take appropriate action to correct the problem.

Each patient or family member expressing a concern will receive a response that addresses the concern.

Presenting a concern does not compromise the patient’s current or future access to care.
